Another thing is that you can modify stoic meaning you can build it differently, you could use suit stoic, frenzy stoic or 2/9 stoic which i wouldnt recommend using, 2/9 stoic will keep on attacking your armor not allowing it to regen which is just bad and either forcing your to wait out the 12s timer or flask which can hurt.
