Just bought two new toys for the 1.5AH batteries. Both came sealed in Ryobi boxes and with a standard charger. Both are flashing red+green. After 3-hours of flashing, pressing the battery buttons shows only the left-most LED on the batteries. Neither appear to be charging at all.My P118B charger is not working.
