The whole core idea of having constant access is a non-starter for any serious provider unless you're being paid very generous retainers and have small caseload IMO, similar to how attorneys or other valued professionals are available 'as much as it takes' for their services when needed.

My issue now, is that last month was the last time I heard anything from my therapist. I last had a live session on December 21st, then I sent a message on December 24th and haven’t received a response since. For a full month it’s $440 AUD, so $110 per week.
